Payment / Shipping


The following terms apply within Austria:

  1. Cash payment upon pickup: No fees apply.
  2. Payment by bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient) — available only as prepayment: Depending on the package’s weight, a fee of between EUR 5.40 (including tax) and EUR 11.10 (including tax) will be charged.
  3. Cash on delivery: In addition to shipping costs, a cash on delivery fee of EUR 4.80 (including VAT) applies.
  4. Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard): Shipping costs—ranging from EUR 5.40 (including VAT) to EUR 11.10 (including VAT), depending on weight—apply to all orders.
  5. Payment by direct debit: Shipping costs apply to all orders—ranging from EUR 5.40 (including tax) to EUR 11.10 (including tax), depending on weight.

All packages are shipped exclusively via DPD. Deliveries are always made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you will not be at your billing address during the specified times, you are free to provide us with any alternative delivery address.


The following terms apply within the EU

  1. Payment via EU bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient): The applicable shipping costs for the respective country will be charged.
  2. Payment via credit card (Visa + Mastercard): The applicable shipping costs for the respective country will be charged.

All packages are shipped exclusively via DPD. You also have the option of providing us with an alternative shipping address.


Outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), the following terms apply:

  1. Payment via EU bank transfer: In addition to shipping costs, the buyer is responsible for import and export customs clearance fees. In addition, a bank fee of EUR 12.00 applies.
  2. Payment by credit card (Visa + Mastercard): In addition to shipping costs, the buyer is also responsible for the costs of import and export customs clearance.

Packages are shipped exclusively via the DPD parcel service. You also have the option to provide us with an alternative delivery address. Costs for customs duties and import sales tax, as well as any additional fees, will be billed to the recipient by the delivery service after the package is received.
